All orders with be shipped within 72 hours after payment has been received. you will receive and email notification once your order has been processed and shipped. the shipping receipt will include a tracking number and estimated delivery date.

all products have a 14 Day Return period from the time of purchase. You must have an or original receipt or packing slip to complete your return. Item(s) must be unopened and unused. item(s) and the original receipt must be included together for a refund. Refunds take 10-14 business days to process. Not all products are eligible for a return. Items have to be defective or damaged in transit in order to be eligible for a refund. Melted butters are not considered defective or damaged.

Once your item has been received and inspected we will email you with a notification of the receival of your return. included will be an approval or rejection of your refund. if rejected, an explanation will also be included.
